Method

  1. Cut the slices of bread into triangular shapes.
  2. Fry the bread in deep hot fat until medium pink in colour.
  3. Boil the milk and sugar in a saucepan.
  4. Arrange the fried bread in an oven tray and pour the milk and sugar liquid on top.
  5. Leave to soak for 10 minutes and place them in a hot oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour the cream on top.
  7. Garnish the dish with crushed nuts and cardomons.
  8. Serve as a dessert.
